KEY-FRAME
A new solution based on a mix of products and services requires often a sequence showing an interaction with users in context to be properly presented. Key-frame is an attempt to visualise the solution into one single image, choosing an emblematic interaction, a topic moment in the interaction and capturing from one point of view all the elements necessary for the understanding of the new solution.
For the ‘Collaborative Services’ book, we imagine a thirtieth of daily more sustainable solutions inspired by social innovation, each of them illustrated by on key-frame showing the users interaction with main solution elements in the appropriate context and composed to picture the atmosphere of living in a community housing, visiting a service club or using a family-like service…
