However, when going to the \u00ab\u00a0why\u00a0\u00bb or \u00ab\u00a0how\u00a0\u00bb, visions get fuzzier and opinions less convergent.<\/p>\n<p>But basically, it may be normal. This is normal because around the table are a majority of designers and aficionados who see the confused need to \u00ab\u00a0do something\u00a0\u00bb with LUPI without even a glimpse of the ins or outs. This is normal also because LUPI is a complex and multifaceted object that caters to a wide variety of stakeholders to which they generate effects equally diverse and therefore difficult to summarize in a Unique Selling Proposition. Finally, it is normal because \u00ab\u00a0out of the woods\u00a0\u00bb is leaving the state that we know that it is time to explore another one for which we still have no idea.<\/p>\n<p>And what do we de do when we faced with a complex problem, confused multi-causal one, that we feel without being able to clearly define it and that we do not really know how to explore the future? But beyond finding a purpose to the LUPI, it could also generate the material of its release:<\/p>\n<p>The <em>LUPI\u2019s scoping day<\/em>beginning is expected to bring sponsors together &#8211; the team of the city &#8211; and the design team to better understand and pursue the issue of setting LUPI\u2019s visibility, to determine a set of profiles, meet and ask questions about them but also take a note of intent after 10 years of LUPI: where are we? or video clips;<\/p>\n<p>The step <em>interviews<\/em>of LUPI could enjoy the setting of the Biennale and the passage of many LUPI\u2019s interlocutors during its opening month. Selected profiles (ex. a former partner who has parlayed his LUPI, a participant in LUPI that nourished his work scenarios products, a person who has never ordered, a HR manager whose LUPI contributed welding teams, etc.) will provide video captured evidence in the way of in-depth interviews.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>LUPI returns day<\/em>will nourish and stimulate the Living Lab installed in the deck during the Design Biennale in 2019, illustrating the LUPI approach by holding this keystone day workshop of the LUPI\u2019s method and presenting multiple testimonies.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the <em>panorama of scenarios<\/em>constructed will indicate different ways to reach different targets (ex. a blog post for pressed managers, a podcast that takes the time to tell to the general public, a video on InstragramTV for well-connected designers, etc.). En revanche quand on passe au \u201cpourquoi\u201d ou au \u201ccomment\u201d les visions sont plus floues et les avis moins convergents.<\/p>\n<p>Mais au fond c\u2019est peut-\u00eatre normal. C\u2019est normal parce qu\u2019autour de la table se trouvent une majorit\u00e9 de designers ou d\u2019aficionados qui per\u00e7oivent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 confuse de \u201cfaire quelque chose\u201d avec les LUPI sans encore entrevoir ni les tenants ni les aboutissants. C\u2019est normal aussi parce que les LUPI sont un objet complexe et multiforme qui s\u2019adresse \u00e0 une large vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de parties prenantes pour qui ils g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des effets tout aussi divers et donc malais\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sumer en <em>Unique Selling Proposition<\/em>. Enfin c\u2019est normal car \u201csortir du bois\u201d c\u2019est quitter l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel que l\u2019on connait pour en explorer un autre dont on a encore aucune id\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Et que fait-on quand on est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une probl\u00e9matique complexe, multi-causale que l\u2019on ressent confus\u00e9ment sans pouvoir la d\u00e9finir clairement et que l\u2019on ne sait pas trop comment explorer l\u2019avenir ? Et bien c\u2019est simple, on fait par exemple un LUPI, un Labo des Usages qui va permettre en se confrontant \u00e0 un \u00e9chantillon d\u2019utilisateurs choisis de co-construire un panorama de sc\u00e9narios d\u2019orientation\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous proposons donc de faire le premier LUPI des LUPI, un LUPI<sup>2<\/sup>ou en d\u2019autres termes appliquer la m\u00e9thode LUPI \u00e0 cette question \u00e9pineuse de comment au jour d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui valoriser le capital de 47 LUPI men\u00e9s depuis 2008.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AU-DEL\u00c0 D\u2019UNE SIMPLE TAUTOLOGIE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si le LUPI a fait ses preuves en tant qu\u2019outil exploratoire pour s\u2019orienter dans une probl\u00e9matique complexe, il devrait \u00eatre \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019inventer des solutions \u00e0 sa propre diss\u00e9mination. Mais au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un moyen la finalit\u00e9 de ce LUPI pourrait aussi g\u00e9n\u00e9rer le mat\u00e9riel de cette diss\u00e9mination :<\/p>\n<p>La <em>journ\u00e9e de cadrage<\/em>d\u00e9butant le LUPI devrait permettre de faire se rencontrer les commanditaires \u2013 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de la Cit\u00e9 \u2013 et l\u2019\u00e9quipe de designers pour mieux cerner et approfondir la question de la mise en visibilit\u00e9 des LUPI, d\u00e9terminer un ensemble de profils \u00e0 rencontrer et les questions \u00e0 leur poser\u00a0mais aussi en tirer une note d\u2019intention apr\u00e8s 10 ans de LUPI : o\u00f9 en est-on ? ou des capsules vid\u00e9o ;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tape <em>entretiens<\/em>du LUPI pourra profiter du cadre de la Biennale et du passage de nombreux interlocuteurs des LUPI pendant son mois d\u2019ouverture. Les profils choisis (ex. un ancien commanditaire qui a fait fructifier son LUPI ; un participant au LUPI qui a nourri son travail des sc\u00e9narios produits ; un int\u00e9ress\u00e9 qui n\u2019a jamais pass\u00e9 commande ; un responsable RH dont le LUPI a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 souder les \u00e9quipes ; etc.) fourniront autant de t\u00e9moignages captur\u00e9s en vid\u00e9o \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019interviews en profondeur ;<\/p>\n<p>La <em>journ\u00e9e de restitution<\/em>du LUPI \u00a0pourra nourrir et animer le Living Lab install\u00e9 dans la Platine durant la Biennale du Design 2019 en illustrant l\u2019approche des LUPI tant par la tenue de cette journ\u00e9e d\u2019atelier cl\u00e9 de voute de la m\u00e9thode LUPI que par les multiples t\u00e9moignages qui y seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le <em>panorama de sc\u00e9narios<\/em>construits indiqueront les diff\u00e9rents modalit\u00e9s de toucher les diff\u00e9rentes cibles (ex. un article de blog pour manager press\u00e9 ; un podcast qui prend le temps de raconter au grand public ; une vid\u00e9o sur InstragramTV pour designer branch\u00e9 ; etc.).
