MAGAZINE #2 – MARS 2024

Habitat Collectif Innovant, seconde année de construction d’outils avec la Métropole Européenne de Lille et l’écosystème d’acteurs du territoire que nous accompagnons pour stimuler la qualité de l’habitat et de habiter.

Habitat Collectif Innovant, the second year of building tools with the Métropole Européenne de Lille and the ecosystem of local players we support to boost the quality of housing and living.

Le numéro #2 du magazine Habitat Collectif Innovant publié par la MEL en mars 2024 à l’occasion du MIPIM présente notamment :

• La mise en œuvre du « Nuancier qualités », un nouvel outil de la MEL pour échanger avec les élus et les services en favorisant une approche par l’usage.
• Une réflexion pour construire le collectif dans l’habitat et explorer le vivre ensemble pour en faire un atout de « l’habiter » collectif.
• Hors Cadre, un format de rencontres inédit pour sortir du jeu d’acteurs induit par le cadre de consultation.
• Le processus de définition du module Accélération pour anticiper les problèmes, déjouer les complications et éviter des retards.

Issue no. 2 of the Habitat Collectif Innovant magazine, published by MEL in March 2024 to coincide with MIPIM, includes the following information:

• The implementation of the ‘Nuancier qualités’, a new MEL tool for exchanging ideas with elected representatives and departments by promoting a usage-based approach.

• A look at how to build a community in housing and explore living together as an asset for collective ‘living’.

• Hors Cadre, a new format for meetings to get away from the interplay of players induced by the consultation framework.

• The process of defining the Acceleration module to anticipate problems, thwart complications and avoid delays.

CONSTRUIRE LE COLLECTIF AVEC L’HABITAT

Dans l’habitat collectif, il y a un projet d’habitat mais pas de projet collectif. Le collectif est vécu comme un effet collatéral, une accommodation nécessaire de la possibilité d’habiter en ville… 

Sans nécessiter un niveau d’implication collective fort ou la préexistence d’une communauté, un certain nombre d’actions légères de construction du collectif pourraient permettre de faciliter l’installation d’une meilleure qualité du vivre-ensemble, d’un premier niveau de coopération, de formation de communs dans l’habitat collectif. Sans chercher de grands changements, on vise ici des petites évolutions qui sont possibles et souhaitables dans le contexte actuel de la construction, qui sont dans l’intérêt des différentes parties prenantes. 

Pages 36 à 43, CONSTRUIRE LE COLLECTIF AVEC L’HABITAT propose des pistes de solution pour une sélection de points névralgiques :

– installer un minimum de collectif pour FLUIDIFIER LES RELATIONS, 

– concevoir des espaces intégrant les AMÉNITÉS DU VIVRE ENSEMBLE 

– construire des COMMUNAUTÉS ÉLECTIVES en différentiant les attentes

– inclure des SERVICES COLLABORATIFS à l’habitat

– CONSTRUIRE LE COLLECTIF DANS L’HABITAT pour dépasser “logements individuels qui permettent de se protéger du collectif” ! 

BUILDING A COMMUNITY WITH HOUSING

In collective housing, there is a housing project but no collective project. The collective is experienced as a collateral effect, a necessary accommodation to the possibility of living in the city…

Without requiring a high level of collective involvement or the pre-existence of a community, a certain number of light-hearted actions to build the collective could facilitate the installation of a better quality of living together, of a first level of cooperation, of the formation of common ground in collective housing. Without looking for major changes, we are aiming here for small changes that are possible and desirable in the current construction context, and that are in the interests of the various stakeholders.

On pages 36 to 43, CONSTRUIRE LE COLLECTIF AVEC L’HABITAT proposes possible solutions for a selection of key issues:

• set up a minimum of collective to MAKE RELATIONSHIPS MORE FLUID
• design spaces that integrate the AMENITIES OF LIVING TOGETHER
• building ELECTIVE COMMUNITIES by differentiating expectations
• including COLLABORATIVE SERVICES in housing
• BUILDING COLLECTIVE LIVING IN HOUSING to go beyond ‘individual housing to protect against collective living’!
