RESIDENCE
Supporting service innovation in a college, a health care centre or a regional administration requires to collaborate with the different populations interacting in the place. In collaboration with the public innovation lab La 27e Région, we develop and experience a residence format based on long immersion sessions of small creative and interdisciplinary team to engage co-design with communities of users.
In Revin, North-East of France, the Residence settled for 3 weeks in the Jean Moulin college, sharing the life of the pupils, teachers and administrative staff, fostering the emergence of a collective vision for the future, kicking off new services, prompting social change and a programme of transformation projects.
12 such Residences have been organised to experience this format of situated social innovation and draw lesson learn in terms of public action and policies…
